Elsie is a very happy, confident and comical little lady. She is loving her life and takes everything in her stride. She throughly enjoys playing with her friends, exploring the sanctuary grounds and scratching for worms and grubs.

She is often found trying to wonder in the horse's field, pecking at left over food taht the horses may have dropped at breakfast.
